Costanera Center is a project developed by ABWB Architects in collaboration with Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects in charge of the design of the Torre 300 which is the tallest in South America and the second in the southern hemisphere. The Holding Cencosud is the owner of the project which consists in four towers, retail, two hotels, office spaces, parking lot, food court and cinema.
Over the five years that I participated in the project, my first two were exclusively in Torre 300 which is a 300 meter high, 70-story building. I was able to work in construction drawings, coordination, finishing and detail drawings in collaboration with the office Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects. I also worked in the LEED certification process.
