This is an extension of the original Intercontinental Hotel, which was also made by ABWB Architects. It consists of 81 rooms, two restaurants, convention spaces, parking lot and services.
ABWB asked me to develop the details for the construction, which included a vertical garden in two facades, which are16 floors high. Then I also took over the responsibility for finishing the construction coordination and the final documents for the municipality.
